Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, account executive, sales representative, and related roles is helpful.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Must be able to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Valid driver license with clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers entering the store daily.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, tire packages, and vehicle fitments.
• Assist customers in selecting in-stock wheel and tire options.
• Prepare quotes and review pricing with customers prior to purchase.
• Explain payment options, referral, warranty, and SAC details to customers.
• Process warranty claims and follow up on service needs.
• Make outbound calls to attract new customers and grow sales.
• Keep showroom clean, organized, and properly stocked.
