RNR Tire Express is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to greet customers, assist with tire and wheel packages, create quotes, and guide payment options. You will drive sales through excellent service and product knowledge, while maintaining an inviting showroom environment.

The role involves handling inquiries, processing payments, and supporting store goals. Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus, as is the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple channels.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers in-store daily.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory and tire fitments.
• Assist customers in finding wheel/tire packages.
• Prepare quotes for customers.
• Explain payment options and warranties.
• Process warranty claims for customers.
• Make outbound calls to attract customers.
• Keep showroom clean and stocked.
