RNR Tire Express is hiring a Sales Representative to interact with customers, answer queries, sell products, and handle payments. You will help display products attractively and set sales goals while forecasting future sales and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer service.

Prior experience in customer service or sales roles is helpful. We offer competitive base pay, commissions, bonuses, and a complete benefits package, including health plans and a 401(k) match.

Competenze

• Strong communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, account executive, sales representative, and account manager is helpful.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Mansioni

• Greet and assist customers that come into the store daily.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, vehicle fitments, and tire types.
• Assist customers in finding in-stock wheel and/or tire packages.
• Prepare quote sheets for customers and explain options.
• Inform customers of payment options, warranties, and referral programs.
