Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Oregon is seeking a Sales & Service associate responsible for tire installation, maintenance and sales. You will provide customers with expert service and complete work according to company policies.

The role includes tire rotation, TPMS calibration, battery testing, tool operation, and offsite service calls. Training is on the job, with opportunities to advance within the store's proven culture.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach and rebalance wheels.
• Install/rebuild/calibrate TPMS.
• Wash tires and wheels.
• Test batteries and operate service equipment.
• Assist other employees and test drive vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road service.
