Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service associate responsible for tire installation, maintenance and sales, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.

The role covers installation and maintenance of tires and wheels, TPMS calibration, and offsite/emergency road service with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency. On-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS.
• Washing tires and wheels.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Using and maintenance of equipment.
• Assisting other employees.
• Test driving vehicles.
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
