Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Brookings, OR is seeking a Sales & Service associate to install, maintain and sell tires and wheels while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will perform tire installation, rotation, TPMS calibration, battery testing, vehicle test drives and related service tasks, following company policies and safety standards. The role offers on-site work with training and opportunities to grow within a respected western U.S. retailer.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS.
• Washing tires and wheels.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Using and maintenance of equipment.
• Assisting other employees.
• Test driving vehicles.
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
