Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service associate focused on tire installation, maintenance and sales. You will provide excellent customer service and complete work per company policies and Code of Conduct.

Responsibilities include installing and maintaining tires and wheels, rotating and inflating tires, calibrating TPMS, testing vehicles, and assisting teammates. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and upholding Les Schwab standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires; rebalance wheels.
• Attach/relearn/calibrate TPMS; wash tires and wheels.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite work.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.
