Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Oregon is seeking a Sales & Service associate to handle tire and wheel sales, service, and maintenance with a focus on customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.

You will perform tire/wheel installation, rotation, inflation, TPMS calibrations, battery testing, and operate service vehicles for offsite work; training is provided and there are opportunities for internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Excellent customer service skills for a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
