Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Redmond, Oregon is seeking a Sales & Service associate to handle tire and wheel installation, maintenance, and related shop duties while delivering excellent customer service.

The role covers tire repair, rotation, inflation, wheel balancing, TPMS calibration, battery testing, equipment upkeep, and support for fellow staff. Training is provided on the job, with opportunities for advancement and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating and inflating tires.
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
• Installing/rebuilding/calibrating TPMS.
• Washing tires and wheels.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Using and maintaining equipment.
• Assisting other employees.
• Test driving vehicles.
• Operating service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
