Job summary

Les Schwab is seeking a Sales & Service professional in Cheney, WA to install and maintain tires and wheels, perform rotations, TPMS calibration, and related servicing. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.

Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Service)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Providing excellent customer service, promoting store sales; using the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers
