Job summary

Les Schwab Hailey in Idaho is seeking a Sales & Service associate for tire installation, maintenance and sales. You will install and maintain tires and wheels, rotate, inflate, rebalance, and calibrate TPMS, and provide friendly, efficient customer service to support store goals.

On-the-job training is provided. The role offers opportunities for promotion, tuition assistance, and other benefits while equipment is supplied by the company.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 35–75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, and standing.

Job Description: Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• attaching and rebalancing wheels
• installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• washing tires and wheels
• testing and installing batteriesusing and maintenance of equipment
• assisting other employees
• test driving vehicles
• operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales
• uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers
