Les Schwab is seeking a Sales & Service associate to install, maintain, and service tires and wheels while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include tire installation, rotations, TPMS calibration, and assisting other technicians; safety and quality come first in our store. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and be able to lift 35-75 pounds; we offer benefits, retirement plans, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales

Experience:

Pay and Benefits:

$16.50 - $26.45 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
