Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Spokane, WA is seeking a Sales & Service associate focused on tire installation, maintenance and service with a strong commitment to customer care.

You will perform tire mounting, balancing, TPMS calibration, battery testing and offsite road service, while promoting store sales and delivering the Best Tire Value Promise.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and standing.

Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Service)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Providing excellent customer service, promoting store sales; using the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers
