Job summary

Les Schwab is seeking a Sales & Service professional for tire installation, maintenance, and servicing. You will deliver excellent customer care while performing tire and wheel work according to store policies and safety standards.

This role includes diagnosing tire needs, performing rotations, and supporting team members in a fast-paced environment. On-the-job training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and the chance to build skills across tire services and related maintenance

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 35-75 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Test drive vehicles to ensure proper function.
• Attach, rebalance wheels and calibrate TPMS as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service and promote store sales.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite or emergency road services.

Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Service)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Providing excellent customer service, promoting store sales; using the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds
