Job summary

Les Schwab is seeking a Sales & Service associate focused on tire installation, maintenance, and service. You will install and maintain tires and wheels, rotate, inflate, rebalance, and calibrate TPMS, and assist with batteries and washing.

You will also test drive vehicles and provide outstanding customer service while promoting store sales. On-the-job training is offered, with advancement opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license is required.
• Excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds is required.
• Regular bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
• Installing/relearning/calibrating TPMS.
• Washing tires and wheels.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Using and maintaining equipment.
• Assisting other employees.
• Test driving vehicles.
• Operating service vehicles for offsite/roadside service.
• Providing excellent customer service and promoting store sales.
