Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring for a Sales & Service position in Spokane to handle tire and wheel sales, service and maintenance while delivering outstanding customer service. The role follows company policies and contributes to our Best Tire Value Promise.

Responsibilities include installation, rotation, inflating tires, TPMS calibration, battery testing, and assisting other staff. We offer on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
