Job summary

Les Schwab is seeking a Sales & Service tire installation, maintenance & service team member in Spokane Valley. You will install and maintain tires and wheels, rotate and balance tires, calibrate TPMS, and provide outstanding customer service to promote store sales.

The role involves offsite and emergency road service, test driving vehicles, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. On-the-job training is provided, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Providing excellent customer service, promoting store sales; using the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers
