Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service associate to handle tire installation, maintenance, and sales with a focus on providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

The role includes tire/Wheel maintenance, TPMS work, equipment operation, and offsite service support. On-site training is provided, with opportunities for promotion and growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a rapid pace environment
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services
