Job summary

Les Schwab in Washington state is seeking a Sales & Service associate to install, maintain, and sell tires and wheels while delivering outstanding customer service. You will perform tire repairs, rotations, TPMS calibration, battery tests, and assist colleagues to keep the shop running smoothly.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift 35–75 pounds, and the stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift 35-75 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to bend, twist, kneel, squat, reach, walk and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
• Installing/relearning/calibrating TPMS.
• Washing tires and wheels.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Using and maintaining equipment.
• Assisting other employees.
• Test driving vehicles.
• Operating service vehicles for offsite/emergency road services.
• Providing excellent customer service and promoting store sales.
