Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring for a Sales & Service position focused on tire installation, maintenance, and sales. The role provides customer service, uses company procedures, and follows the Code of Conduct.

Primary responsibilities include tire and wheel installation, maintenance, TPMS calibration, and operating service vehicles as needed. Training, advancement, and company-paid tools are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels; repair, rotate, and inflate tires; attach and rebalance wheels.
• Install/relearn/calibrate TPMS; wash tires and wheels; test and install batteries; operate service vehicles for offsite/ emergency road services.
