Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Spokane, WA is seeking a Sales & Service team member responsible for tire and wheel sales, service and maintenance, and delivering outstanding customer service in line with our policies.

Responsibilities include installing, repairing, rotating and inflating tires, balancing wheels, TPMS work, and assisting other staff while driving service vehicles as needed.

We provide on-the-job training, paid training, tuition assistance and a robust benefits package to employees.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, kneeling and continuous standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate and inflate tires.
• Balance wheels and perform TPMS work.
• Test drive and evaluate vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite work.
• Assist other employees.
• Provide excellent customer service.
