Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking a Sales & Service team member responsible for the sale, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, delivering excellent customer service in line with company policies and the Code of Conduct.

The role covers installation/maintenance, tire rotation, TPMS calibration, battery testing, and offsite/emergency road service, with opportunities for growth and internal promotion. Training is provided on the job.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS.
• Washing tires and wheels.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Using and maintenance of equipment.
• Assisting other employees.
• Test driving vehicles.
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
