Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Spokane is seeking a Sales & Service teammate to handle tire and wheel sales, service, and maintenance while delivering excellent customer care in line with company policies.

You will perform installations, rotations, TPMS calibration, battery testing, and assist teammates; a valid driver’s license and ability to lift 35–75 lb are required. Training is provided, with competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
• Installing/rebuilding/calibrating TPMS.
• Washing tires and wheels.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Using and maintaining equipment.
• Assisting other employees.
• Test driving vehicles.
• Operating service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
