Tire Discounters in Huntsville, AL is hiring a Tire Technician to replace, repair, and rotate tires. This role includes hands-on training to build skills for advanced positions and delivers a WOW customer experience.

You will work with tire balancers and machines, complete work orders, and keep the shop organized while ensuring safety and teamwork. Pay is hourly with weekly cadence and potential monthly store bonus.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service, and meet the customer needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
