Job summary

Tire Discounters is hiring an Advance Tire Technician to replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles, with hands-on training to grow into advanced roles. You will learn through practical shop work and mentorship from our master technicians.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and a WOW customer experience, with opportunities to advance within a family-owned, values-driven company.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
