Job summary

Tire Discounters, Inc. is seeking an Advance Tire Technician to replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles. This role provides hands-on training to build skills for more advanced positions within our family-owned automotive service network.

You will be paid weekly with base pay, overtime, and eligibility for a monthly store bonus, plus ongoing paid training by master technicians.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Willing to work Saturdays and follow safety guidelines.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service and meet customer needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
