Job summary

Tire Discounters is seeking an entry level Tire Technician to join our team. You will replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles, and you will learn hands-on skills through structured training to prepare for more advanced roles.

You will operate tire balancers and machines, complete work orders, and help keep the shop clean and organized. The position offers overtime, a store bonus, and weekend availability is valued.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.
• Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 + per hour effective rate
• Effective rate includes overtime, variable overtime, and monthly store bonus

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
