Job summary

Tire Discounters, the nation's largest family-owned tire retailer, is hiring an Advance Tire Technician in Hillsboro, AL. You will replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles, with hands-on training to build skills for more advanced roles.

We offer weekly base pay plus overtime and a monthly store bonus, with strong customer service expectations and a safe, collaborative shop environment. Must be able to stand, lift up to 75 lbs, and work Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Able to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with outdoor conditions and occasional mechanical hazards.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service and meet customer needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
