Belle Tire is seeking a Tire Technician to perform tire installation, maintenance, repairs, and rotations in a fast-paced, customer-focused store environment in Indianapolis. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork, offering opportunities for ASE certification training and career growth.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and bring a passion for automotive work. Preferred candidates may have a HS diploma or GED and prior tire or automotive repair experience.

Qualifications

• Must have basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Customer-first mindset and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Ensure work meets Belle Tire quality and safety standards, clean hubs and wheels for corrosion.
• Explain tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs to customers as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
