Job summary

Belle Tire is hiring a Tire Technician in Indianapolis to perform tire installation, maintenance, repairs, and rotations. You will work in a fast-paced, safety-focused store environment, balancing tires and communicating options to customers.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, possess a valid driver license, and have a keen mechanical aptitude. Prior tire or automotive repair experience is preferred; high school diploma or GED is favored as well.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid drivers license is required.
• Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Ensure work meets Belle Tire's quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion.
• Explain tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs to customers as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
