Job summary

Belle Tire is seeking a Tire Technician to install, maintain, rotate, and repair tires while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced store setting. You will explain tire options, keep a clean workspace, and uphold safety standards to ensure customer satisfaction across our Indiana locations.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a busy retail environment, with opportunities for ASE training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-first mindset.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in tire services or automotive repair preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
