Job summary

Belle Tire in Indiana is seeking a Tire Technician to install, balance, rotate, and repair tires, and to provide friendly, expert service in a fast-paced, team-oriented store. You will explain tire options and maintenance needs to customers, uphold safety and quality standards, and keep the work area clean and organized while working varying hours Monday through Saturday.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
• Attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while putting customers first.
• Preferred: high school diploma or GED and automotive/tire service experience.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Ensure work meets safety and quality standards and clean hubs/wheels as needed.
• Explain tire options and maintenance needs to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
