Job summary

Belle Tire is hiring a Tire Technician to install, maintain, repair, and rotate tires in a fast-paced Belle Tire store in Indiana. You will help customers by explaining options and maintenance needs while upholding safety and quality standards.

This role requires basic mechanical aptitude, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to work a varied schedule including weekends. Training and advancement opportunities are available as part of Belle Tire's growing company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Customer-first mindset.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous tire service or automotive repair experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Explain tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow Belle Tire safety and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
