Belle Tire in Indiana is seeking a Tire Technician to install, maintain, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles within a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. You will balance, mount, dismount, and inspect tires while explaining options and maintenance needs to customers.

Qualifications

• 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-first mindset
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Previous experience in tire services or automotive repair (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager
