Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Coquille, Oregon, is seeking a Sales & Service Associate to install and maintain tires and wheels, perform rotations, TPMS work, and related tasks while delivering excellent customer service.

You will use and maintain shop equipment, assist teammates, drive service vehicles as needed, and promote store value with customers. The role is full-time with benefits, including health coverage and retirement, depending on eligibility.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills in a rapid pace environment.
• Ability to lift 35-75 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires; balance wheels.
• Attach, rebalance, and recalibrate TPMS when needed.
• Wash tires and wheels; test and replace batteries as required.
• Operate and maintain shop equipment; assist teammates.
• Test drive vehicles; operate service vehicles for offsite/emergency work.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
