Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Corvallis, Oregon seeks a Sales & Service Technician to handle tire installation, maintenance and sales, delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will install and repair tires, rotate and inflate, rebalance wheels, calibrate TPMS, and perform light vehicle tests, including offsite and emergency road service, following our Code of Conduct.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; physical stamina required.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels; repair, rotate, and inflate tires; rebalance wheels.
• Install/relearn/calibrate TPMS; wash tires and wheels; test drive vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and Code of Conduct.

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
