Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service associate to install and maintain tires and wheels, perform repairs, rotations and TPMS calibration, and deliver outstanding customer service. The role includes offsite road service and instruction on tools and equipment usage.

You will contribute to store sales and uphold company policies while working in a fast-paced environment. You will handle vehicle testing, tire washing, battery testing, and assist teammates as needed, with emphasis on

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels, including repairing, rotating, inflating, balancing.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite/roadside work.
• Wash tires and wheels; install/relearn/calibrate TPMS; test batteries.
• Assist other employees and promote store sales under company policies.

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
