Les Schwab Tire Centers in Oregon is hiring for a Sales & Service Associate responsible for tire installation, maintenance, and sales. You will provide excellent customer service, perform tire repairs, rotations, inflation, TPMS calibrations, and wheel work while following company policies.

This full-time role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 35–75 pounds, and the stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.

• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Ability to perform tire installation, repair, rotation, inflation and TPMS work.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels, repair, rotate and inflate tires.
• Attach, rebalance wheels and calibrate TPMS; wash tires and wheels.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite work.
• Promote store sales and provide excellent customer service.

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
