Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service technician to install and maintain tires and wheels, perform repairs, rotations and TPMS calibration. You will provide exceptional customer service and support store sales while following company policies.

The role includes offsite road service and on-site vehicle testing. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 35–75 pounds are required. Compensation ranges with benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a retail/repair setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels, including balancing and TPMS calibration.
• Repair, rotate, inflate tires and test batteries as needed.
• Wash tires and wheels and assist other team members.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales according to policy.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
