Job summary

Waukegan Tire is hiring a Tire Technician in Bridgeport, IL. Join a performance-driven team delivering fast, accurate, and elite tire service. You will mount, balance, rotate tires, handle TPMS, oil changes, and provide thorough inspections while maintaining shop safety and cleanliness.

Flexible weekend availability is a plus as guests rely on us most then. We offer benefits and opportunities for advancement into mechanics, service advisory, or management as you grow.

Qualifications

• Experience in tire/lube or automotive service is preferred.
• Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude.
• Detail-oriented and safety-minded, with willingness to grow.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and inflate to specification.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues; test and install batteries.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Work with team to deliver fast, accurate service.
• Opportunity to progress into light mechanical services as skills grow.

Tire Technicians:
