Haug Implement Co. is seeking a Tire Specialist to inspect, install, rotate, balance, and repair tires on agricultural and heavy machinery, following John Deere guidelines. The role requires maintaining records, managing inventory, and coordinating with service teams on-site and in-house. A valid driver’s license and tire service experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of tire service experience, preferably with agricultural or heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of tire safety, installation, and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to operate tire mounting and balancing equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, standard desktop applications, and internet functions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to bend, lift, carry, and maneuver heavy objects up to 75 lbs.
• Valid Class B driver's license or CDL, valid medical card, and insurable driving record required – or ability to obtain one.
• Tire service certification, familiarity with John Deere equipment, and dealership or service center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes thorough documentation of diagnostics and repairs performed on work orders and on time submittal of information.

Haug Implement Co. provides an estimated base pay range. The actual starting pay offer will account for our overall wage and benefit package, applicant experience, training, and skill, and internal equity among our existing employees. This is an hourly position with a potential hiring offer range of $20.00 – 30.00 based on factors listed above.
