Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring for a Sales & Service Technician who installs and maintains tires and wheels, tests TPMS, and supports customer service at our shop. You will rotate, balance and repair tires, drive service vehicles as needed, and help teammates deliver top-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires; balance wheels; test TPMS.
• Wash tires and wheels; test and drive vehicles as needed.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and road calls.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
