Les Schwab Tire Centers in Seattle is looking for a Sales & Service associate to install and maintain tires and wheels, repair and rotate tires, rebalance wheels, and calibrate TPMS. You will wash tires and wheels, test batteries, and load/unload equipment while delivering excellent customer service and supporting store sales goals.

This role requires physical stamina to lift 35–75 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong customer service skills for a high-pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds; bending and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels; repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach and rebalance wheels; calibrate TPMS as needed.
• Assist customers and promote store sales while following company policies.

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
