Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Center in Ohio is seeking a Sales & Service associate to install and service tires, wheels, and TPMS, while delivering outstanding customer service. You will perform tire installation, rotation, balancing, battery testing, and assist with offsite road service.

On-the-job training is provided with a focus on safety and efficiency. Role includes working in a fast-paced retail setting, helping customers, and supporting teammates to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 35–75 lb repeatedly and bend/kneel/squat.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach, rebalance wheels, and recalibrate TPMS.
• Wash tires and wheels; test drive vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road service.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
