Job summary

Commercial Tire Inc. is seeking a Service Technician I in Lewiston, ID. The role provides tire-related services at in-store or customer locations, including mounting, dismounting, balancing, repairs, and roadside assistance.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, be at least 18, and meet DOT/Medical requirements. Full-time position with comprehensive benefits and ESOP participation.

Qualifications

• Valid driver s license with insurable driving record.
• Minimum age: 18 years.
• DOT Driver Qualification file (Q-file) and Medical Certification.
• TIA Certification.
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier service to customers via timely follow-ups and proactive communication.
• Perform tire-related services (mounting, dismounting, fleet checks, pressure adjustments, repairs) on-site or at customer locations.
• Respond to after-hours and on-call roadside service requests as scheduled.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure DOT/ELD compliance.
• Operate tire-related tools and equipment safely.
• Maintain and update work orders, service tickets, and invoices.
