Job summary

Commercial Tire is seeking a Commercial Service Tech in Grandview, ID, US. You will perform mounting, dismounting, balancing, repairs, and roadside service for commercial and light-duty vehicles, delivering high-quality service with safety and accuracy.

You will follow DOT/ELD rules, use company software for work orders and inventory, and help with fleet inspections and billing. A customer-focused team player is valued and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier service to customers through timely follow-ups and proactive communication.
• Perform all tire-related services (mounting, dismounting, fleet checks, pressure adjustments, and repairs) on-site or at customer locations.
• Respond to after-hours and on-call roadside service requests as scheduled.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, operate company vehicles, and comply with DOT/ELD requirements.
• Operate tires, tools, and equipment safely and effectively.
