Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier service to customers with timely follow-ups and clear communication.
• Perform tire mounting, dismounting, balancing, repairs, and fleet checks on-site or at customer locations.
• Respond to after-hours roadside service requests as scheduled.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure DOT/ELD compliance.
• Operate tire equipment safely (tire machines, impact guns, compressors) and maintain tools.
• Complete work orders, verify customer credit, and update invoices.
