Job summary

Dealer Tire, a family-owned, international tire and parts distributor, seeks a sales specialist to leverage 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience into a high-earning, stable career at our premium automotive dealership network. You will engage customers, recommend tires, and close sales in a structured, 40-hour work week.

The role offers base pay of $28.34–$30.85 per hour plus a Target annual commission of $13,200, with comprehensive benefits including health coverage and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools)

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive.
• Perform quick visual inspections.
• Identify needs and confidently recommend solutions.
• Provide pricing and close sales.
• Build relationships with customers and dealership teams.
• Support store operations (inventory, reporting, etc.)
