Dealer Tire is hiring a Tire Sales Specialist to join a premium automotive dealership team in a high-volume, customer-facing environment. You will engage customers, recommend tires, and close sales on the service drive after a paid training program.

Expect a stable 40-hour workweek with a strong earnings potential via base pay and commission, plus comprehensive benefits. Base pay ranges from $28.34 to $30.85 per hour, with a targeted annual commission of $13,200.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities
