Job summary

Dealer Tire, a leading tire and parts distributor, is seeking top-performing sales professionals for a customer-facing role at a premium automotive dealership.

You’ll engage customers, sell tires on the service drive, perform quick visual inspections, identify needs and close sales, while building relationships with customers and dealership teams. The position offers a 40-hour week, base pay $28.34–$30.85/hr and a targeted commission of $13,200 annually.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales in a customer-facing, goal-driven environment.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools).

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive.
• Perform quick visual inspections.
• Identify needs and confidently recommend solutions.
• Provide pricing and close sales.
